A Grand Tour of France: French Wine Dinner
Join us at P.S. Steak for a grand (and very well-fed) tour through France’s most legendary wine regions.
From the electric joy of Champagne to the chalky cliffs of Sancerre, onward to the collectable swagger of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the velvet-lined corridors of Bordeaux, and finally drifting into the misty, honeyed calm of Sauternes... this is France, course by course, glass by glass.
Come hungry. Leave happy. Très bien is the minimum standard.
